Studio Tee - Violent Orchid

Printed on black Gildan Softstyle cotton, these tees are soft, breathable, and built to be worn properly - not just admired from a chair. 

ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Violent Orchid captures the moment beauty slips out of control. The bloom itself holds together in lush, theatrical form, but one stray petal breaks away. That single disruption shifts the whole painting from decorative to defiant. It's a work about the instance perfection fractures, and how that fracture feels alive rather than broken. The orchid isn't collapsing; it's asserting itself, messy, powerful and unapologetically real.
 
The artwork is applied using high-quality DTF transfer printing, which means the design sits clean, bold and durable on the fabric while still letting the shirt move naturally.
 
Each piece carries a fragment of the BatshXt Botanist archive - part field note, part incident report, part quiet permission slip to be exactly as you are.
 
Wear it to the studio.
Wear it to the pub.
Wear it while making questionable life decisions at 2am.
 
Care
To keep your specimen looking its best:
• Wash inside out
• Wash at 30°C or cold
• Use mild detergent (nothing aggressive)
• Avoid fabric softener
• Do not tumble dry if you can help it - air drying keeps the print happiest
• If ironing, turn inside out and avoid direct heat on the print

OPTIONS
All tees are printed in house to order. Therefore, you have options! You can have your artwork printed on the front or back of the tee. If you opt to have the artwork printed on the back of your tee, you also have the option to add a small logo on the front of your tee (see images for placement).
